This week, we learned about acrylics.
I would say, this was one of the most enjoyable ones.
It was frustrating at times because I couldn't get the 'rocky' look for my landscape, but I love how you can let the paint dry, and just layer it over and over with more paint after it dries. If you made a mistake, it didn't matter because you could cover it up.
This week was also one of the more stressful ones because of the quarter ending and trying to get the good grades I need. But after going to art classes after testings and things like that, I felt a lot more relaxed, and relieved.
I think that acrylics is very cool. I learned a lot from this week.

Week 7
Last week, we finished our seascape water coloring.
I learned so much about water color.
How to stroke the brush, and what happens if you put too much water, etc.
My seascape painting didn't turn out as well as i wanted it too, but overall it turned out all right. In the videos we watched, he always talked about not putting too much paint and "Don't go mad with this now."
I would say that is his favorite phrase.
Water color is probably one of the hardest arty things to do because water color just blends so well when you don't want it to.
You need a perfect technique.
Overall, I would say that water color wasn't my favorite, but it wasn't bad.
